Client Text Notifications

Who receives these texts

Only business clients of The Gaygency who have a client dashboard login at studio.thegaygency.com and who opt in themselves. We never text anyone who has not opted in, and our team cannot opt a client in on their behalf. We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this program.

How opt-in works

A signed-in client opens Settings in their client dashboard (studio.thegaygency.com/approvals/[your-workspace]/settings), enters their mobile number, and ticks a checkbox that is unticked by default. Ticking it is never required to use the dashboard or our services. Next to the checkbox the client sees this exact text:

"Text me account and project notifications from The Gaygency (report-ready alerts, status updates, scheduling reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

Every opt-in and opt-out is recorded with the date, time and source.

What we send

Account and project notifications only: a report or deliverable is ready to review, a project status changed, or a scheduling reminder for a meeting the client booked. Example: "The Gaygency: your September ad report is ready in your dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this program; we confirm once and send nothing further. You can also untick the box in your dashboard Settings at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at thegaygency.com/contact. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
