The Challenge

BodyFactory Skin Care built a strong reputation in New York City through word-of-mouth and three walk-in aesthetics locations. Clients returned. Referrals came in. But the digital side of the business had not kept pace with what was being built in person.

Brand identity was inconsistent across locations. Online booking was underutilized. There was no systematic approach to acquiring new clients or reactivating lapsed ones. Each location operated on its own, so the three locations never added up to one strong brand.

Scaling a multi-location service business requires connecting every touchpoint: in-person experience, online discovery, booking flow, and post-visit retention. None of those were working together.

The Strategy

We built a unified digital strategy that treated each location as both a local business and part of a growing brand. The approach had to work at the neighborhood level for walk-in traffic while also building an audience that would follow BodyFactory online and book from anywhere in the city.

Consistency was the foundation. Every channel needed to look and feel like the same brand before any performance work could stick.

What We Built

  • Unified the brand identity across all three locations, from visual assets to tone of voice
  • Built a content engine centered on treatment showcases and before-and-after results that drove organic reach and conversion
  • Launched hyper-local paid campaigns on Meta and Google, targeting audiences within range of each location
  • Developed email and SMS flows covering appointment reminders, rebooking sequences, and win-back campaigns for lapsed clients
  • Redesigned the website with integrated booking to reduce friction from discovery to confirmed appointment

The Results

BodyFactory sustained 20% year-over-year revenue growth across 6 consecutive years. A single sales weekend hit $250,000. Paid media delivered 4.5x ROAS. Online bookings increased 48% after the site and booking flow were rebuilt.

Sustained growth at that rate, for that many years, means the system kept working long after the initial build.

In their words

“They built us a marketing system that kept compounding. Six years later it still works.”
