CliTerference

Cliterference is a playful portmanteau of "clitoris" and "interference." In its most commonly documented use it names the sapphic or wlw counterpart to "cock-blocking": someone interrupting or getting in the way when two women or queer women are flirting, hooking up, or trying to connect. The word is internet slang rather than a clinical or official term, so you will find it in casual conversation and places like Urban Dictionary rather than dictionaries or health resources. Some people also stretch it to mean neglecting a partner's clitoral pleasure, but that meaning is far less established. Treat it as lighthearted community vocabulary, not a formal definition.
