Cum
Cum is casual slang for semen or seminal fluid released during orgasm, and can also mean the act of reaching orgasm.
Cum is an informal word for semen, the fluid ejaculated during orgasm, and it is also used as a verb meaning to orgasm. It is everyday sexual slang across LGBTQ+ and general communities and appears in casual talk, adult media, and frank sexual health conversations. In HIV and STI prevention, semen is one route of transmission, which is why tools like PrEP, condoms, and treatment as prevention (an undetectable viral load) come up in the same discussions. The word carries no clinical precision. It is simply the common, direct way people name this in relaxed or sexual settings rather than in a medical one.
