Fisting (FF)

Fisting, sometimes abbreviated FF for fist fucking, is the sexual practice of inserting a hand, and sometimes part of the forearm, into a partner's anus or vagina. It calls for slow, careful preparation: extended warm-up, generous amounts of lubricant, relaxation, and steady communication between partners. Gloves and plenty of lube are standard for hygiene and comfort. Rushing or forcing can cause injury, so patience and consent are central to doing it safely. Fisting has a long-standing place in parts of gay, queer, and kink communities, with its own culture, etiquette, and dedicated spaces. Anyone new to it is encouraged to go slowly and learn from trusted, experienced sources.
