Blouse

Blouse is a piece of playful gay slang for a feminine, campy, or "nelly" gay man who happens to prefer topping (taking the penetrative role) during sex. The humor comes from the mismatch it names: culture often assumes a feminine-presenting man must be a bottom, and "blouse" affectionately points out that gender expression and sexual role have nothing to do with each other.
