Futanari

Futanari is a Japanese term, literally "dual form," for fictional characters, mostly in anime and manga, who have both female and male sexual characteristics.

Futanari is a Japanese word meaning roughly "dual form," historically used for androgyny or intersex traits. In modern usage it names a largely pornographic genre of anime, manga, and video games featuring characters with a feminine body who have both female and male genitalia. The shortened form is "futa." The concept traces back centuries in Japanese theater and folklore, but its current meaning solidified in the 1990s as drawn futanari characters grew popular in adult media. It is important to note that futanari describes a fictional fantasy trope within adult fan communities. It is not a term for real transgender or intersex people, and using it that way can be inaccurate and disrespectful.
