Molly (Drug)

Molly is a street name for MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) sold as powder or crystals. The name suggests it is purer than pressed Ecstasy pills, but that is often not true, and samples are frequently cut with other drugs. MDMA produces euphoria, emotional openness, and heightened senses, which is why it shows up in LGBTQ+ nightlife, circuit parties, and festivals.
