Open To All (OTA)

Open to All is a nonprofit nondiscrimination campaign that asks businesses to publicly commit to welcoming everyone, regardless of who they are.

Open to All is a nonprofit nondiscrimination campaign that encourages businesses to publicly commit to welcoming every customer, client, employee, and visitor regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or disability. It is backed by a broad coalition of civil rights, racial justice, and LGBTQ+ equality organizations, along with thousands of participating businesses. The campaign gained momentum amid national debates over whether businesses can refuse service on religious grounds, including the era around the Supreme Court's 2018 Masterpiece Cakeshop case. Businesses that join can display the Open to All window sign or decal as a visible pledge that everyone is welcome, without exception.
