Session
A session is a planned, negotiated BDSM or kink encounter, often between a professional dominant and a client, with activities agreed on in advance.
In kink and professional domination contexts, a session is a scheduled, structured encounter rather than a casual hookup. It often refers to time booked with a professional dominant, such as a dominatrix, though people in private dynamics use the word too. What defines a session is negotiation: the participants agree in advance on the activities, limits, and boundaries involved, and often on safewords. The activities can span the full range of BDSM, from role play to bondage to sensation play, depending on what everyone consents to. Calling it a session signals intention and care, framing the encounter as something planned and mutually agreed rather than spontaneous.
