Size queen is playful slang, most common in gay male culture, for someone who strongly prefers sexual partners with large genitals.
Size queen is informal slang for a person who has a pronounced preference for partners with larger-than-average genitals. The term circulates most in gay male culture but can apply to people of any gender. It draws on the older gay use of 'queen' as a label for a flamboyant or effeminate man, later broadened into a suffix that pairs with a specific taste or trait. In practice the phrase is used with humor and self-awareness and generally carries no malice within the communities where it appears. It reflects the frank, often comedic way queer communities talk openly about sexual preferences.
