Demiboy
Demiboy is a nonbinary gender identity for someone who partially, but not fully, identifies as a boy or man.
Demiboy, also called demiguy, demiman, or demimale, is a nonbinary gender identity describing someone who feels a partial connection to being a boy or man, but not a complete or exclusive one. The prefix demi comes from the French word for half: the person identifies with masculinity to some degree while also feeling tied to another gender, to gender-neutral space, or to no gender at all. A demiboy can be assigned any sex at birth, and the identity says nothing on its own about sexual orientation. People who are demiboys use a range of pronouns, including he, they, or a combination. The term is one of many that emerged to describe experiences of gender that fall outside a strict male-female binary.
