Lesboy
An identity label for people who feel connected to both lesbian identity and a masculine or boyish sense of self.
Lesboy is a self-chosen label used by some people who hold onto a lesbian identity while also feeling masculine, boyish, or transmasculine. It blends 'lesbian' and 'boy' to name an experience that sits between categories many people treat as opposites. In practice it can describe a masculine lesbian, a nonbinary person rooted in lesbian community, or someone who is comfortable with he/him pronouns or masc language while still calling themselves a lesbian. The term comes out of online queer spaces and is used mostly within them. Meanings vary from person to person, so the label describes a felt sense of self rather than one fixed definition.
