Will & Grace

Will & Grace is an American sitcom that aired on NBC from 1998 to 2006, with a revival from 2017 to 2020. It centers on the friendship between Will Truman, a gay lawyer, and Grace Adler, his straight best friend, alongside their friends Jack and Karen. Airing when LGBTQ+ representation on network television was scarce, its warm and funny portrayal of gay life reached a wide mainstream audience. In 2012, Vice President Joe Biden credited the show with doing more than almost anything to educate Americans and shift attitudes toward gay rights and marriage equality. It remains a landmark of LGBTQ+ pop culture.
