Packing

Packing is wearing a prosthetic (a packer) in the underwear to create the feel and appearance of a penis or bulge in the genital area.

Packing means wearing a prosthetic device, commonly called a packer, inside the underwear to create the look and feel of a penis or bulge. It is common among transgender men, transmasculine people, and some non-binary and genderqueer people as a way to affirm gender and ease dysphoria. Packers range from simple rolled fabric to detailed silicone prosthetics made for realism and comfort, and some are held in place with packing underwear or a harness. Certain packers serve more than one purpose: STP (stand-to-pee) packers allow urinating while standing, and pack-and-play models are designed for sexual activity as well. Health organizations like Fenway Health publish guides on choosing and using packing gear safely.
