PnP

Short for "party and play," the practice of combining recreational drugs with sex, also known as chemsex.

PnP stands for "party and play," also called chemsex or "high and horny" (HnH). It refers to using recreational drugs to start, enhance, or prolong sexual activity. The term is most associated with some gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men in North America and Australia. The drug most linked to PnP is crystal methamphetamine (often called Tina or T), though mephedrone, GHB/GBL, ketamine, and cocaine also appear. PnP sessions can run long and involve multiple partners, and they carry real health risks: higher chances of HIV and other STIs, overdose, dependence, and mental health effects. Non-judgmental sexual health care, harm reduction supplies, and chemsex support services are available in many cities.
